I am an editor and proofreader. I have worked as an editor and proofreader on projects such as undergraduate and graduate academic papers and presentations, primary and secondary school didactic material and presentations, and on curricula vitae, professional interviews, and on professional papers, conferences and presentations in the pharmaceutical and medical sector.

I provide English translation of Spanish subtitles, and editing and proofreading of English subtitles to ensure that they are linguistically accurate, with an emphasis on the cultural and regional nuances and characteristics of the film’s content. I offer subtitling of academic video conferences, educational films and documentaries, feature films and other audiovisual projects.

I have been working as an English Language Instructor for eight years to non-native English speakers. My experience includes working as both a private English instructor to adults, adolescents, and children, and as an English Teaching Assistant in Spanish primary and secondary schools. I offer dynamic English courses for professionals in Business English, Medical English, general English courses for adults and adolescents, conversation courses, interview and professional services preparation and Cambridge English Exams, PET, and Trinity exam preparation.

My general approach when teaching my courses is to assist students in their ability to communicate effectively in the real world by using interactive and practical methodologies that give students the confidence and skills to successfully achieve their professional and personal language goals.
